1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services, courses, and facilities provided by AMJJS FOUNDATION - APKI MUSKAN AYURVEDIC KENDRA - SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTER. By enrolling in any course or program, participants agree to abide by these terms.
2. Admission and Enrollment

The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning the reasons.

3. Fees and Payment
Course fees must be paid in full or as per the specified installment schedule before the commencement of classes.
Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where the Institute cancels a course.
Late payments may attract penalties or result in suspension from classes.
4. Attendance and Conduct
A minimum attendance of 75% is required to be eligible for certification.
Participants are expected to maintain discipline and decorum within the Institute premises.
Any form of misconduct, harassment, or damage to property may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.
5. Course Material and Intellectual Property
All course materials provided are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of the Institute.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials without written consent is prohibited.
6. Assessment and Certification
Participants must complete all assignments, projects, and assessments to qualify for certification.
The Institute's decision regarding assessment results and certification is final.
Work Appointment Letter shall only be provided to qualified candidates based on the result of Theory and Practical Examination and Behaviour Persona of the candidate during the team activity and tenure of the training.
7. Use of Facilities
Institute facilities and equipment must be used responsibly.
Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible participant.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during enrollment will be used solely for academic and administrative purposes.
The Institute will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Courses and Schedules
The Institute reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, or venues as necessary.
Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

The Institute is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained on its premises or during Institute activities.
11. Termination of Enrollment
